Jesus' oath to the people in Luke from Isaiah 61:1-2
The Spirit of my God is upon me, because he has an anointed me to preach the good news to the poor, and bind up hearts that are broken; he has sent me to proclaim liberty to the oppressed, freedom to those in prison; to proclaim the year of my God's amnesty.
